Base Salary. Executive shall be paid a base salary of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) per annum, with such increases thereafter as may be determined by Employer (the “Base Salary”).

Base Salary. You will be paid a cash salary subject to applicable withholding ₹axes, which is equivalent to $255,000.00 on an annualized basis. In the absence of action by the Committee or the Board, the Executive shall continue to receive an annual base salary at the rate specified above on the Effective Date or, if another rate has been established under this [Section 3(a)], the rate last properly established by action of the Committee or the Board under this [Section 3(a)]. The Executive’s annual base salary, as in effect from time to time, is hereinafter referred to as “Base Salary.”

Annual Salary. CEO shall be paid by USPB a base annual salary of $330,000 for each Current Period employment year 2019, 2020, and 2021 during the term of CEO's employment under this Agreement, pro-rated for partial years, payable on USPB's normal payroll dates.
