a reduction in the Executive’s Base Salary or Annual Incentive Cash Compensation, each as in effect on the date hereof or as the same may be increased from time to time hereafter; or

a reduction by the Company in Executive's Base Salary as in effect on the date hereof or as the same may be increased from time to time except in connection with a similar reduction in salary that is applicable to all senior executives of the Company;

a reduction in Executive’s annual Base Salary from such Executive’s annual Base Salary then in effect;
