Base Compensation. Employer agrees to compensate the Employee for his services during the period of his employment hereunder at a minimum base salary of Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000) per annum, payable semimonthly. Employee shall be entitled to receive such increases in this minimum base salary, as the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Employer shall, in their sole discretion determine.

Base Compensation. Employee shall be entitled to receive such increases in this minimum base salary, as the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Employer shall, in their sole discretion determine.

Base Compensation. Employer agrees to compensate the Employee for her services during the period of her employment hereunder at a minimum base salary of Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($375,000) per annum, payable semi-monthly. Employee shall be entitled to receive such increases in this minimum base salary, as the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Employer shall, in their sole discretion determine.

Base Compensation. Employee shall be paid a base salary on an annual basis equal to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($250,000.00), payable in accordance with Company’s customary payroll practices subject to the conditions and restrictions set forth in this Agreement. Employee's base salary in effect from time to time, exclusive of any other compensation under this Agreement, is hereinafter called the "Base Salary." Base Salary shall start upon Employee’s first date of reporting to work on behalf of Company, which date shall be the 1st day of September, 2017 (“Start Date”).

Base Salary. As compensation for the services contemplated herein, Employee shall receive a base salary of One Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($125,000) per annum for the first year of this Agreement (“Base Salary”), to be paid in accordance with Company’s then-current payroll practices and policies, which Base Salary shall be increased to One Hundred and Thirty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($130,000) per annum effective on the first anniversary of this Agreement, and to One Hundred and Thirty Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($135,000) per annum effective on the second anniversary of this Agreement. The Company shall deduct and withhold all necessary social security and withholding taxes and any other similar sums required by law from any compensation paid to Employee.

Base Salary. As compensation for the services contemplated herein, Employee shall receive a base salary of One Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($125,000) per annum (“Base Salary”), to be paid in accordance with Company’s then-current payroll practices and policies. Company shall deduct and withhold all necessary social security and withholding taxes and any other similar sums required by law from any compensation paid to Employee. Employee’s Base Salary shall be reviewed, at least annually and, in the absolute discretion of Company, may be adjusted upward from time to time based upon the performance of Employee, the financial condition of Company, prevailing industry salary levels and such other factors as Company considers relevant.

Section # Base Compensation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as compensation for services rendered and Employee's covenants and agreements under this Agreement, Employer shall pay to Employee a base salary of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100THS DOLLARS ($450,000.00) per year (as adjusted from time to time, the "Base Compensation"), payable in accordance with Employer's then-prevailing pay practices. From time to time (but at least once a year) Employer and Employee shall review Employee's performance, and at that time Employer, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether Employee's Base Compensation should be increased. At no time during the Term hereof will Employee's Base Compensation be decreased, without the express written consent of Employee.

Section # Base Compensation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as compensation for services rendered and Employee’s covenants and agreements under this Agreement, Employer shall pay to Employee a base salary of THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY THOUSAND AND NO/100THS DOLLARS ($340,000.00) per year (as adjusted from time to time, the “Base Compensation”), payable in accordance with Employer’s then-prevailing pay practices. From time to time (but at least once a year) Employer and Employee shall review Employee’s performance, and at that time Employer, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether Employee’s Base Compensation should be increased. At no time during the Term hereof will Employee’s Base Compensation be decreased without the express written consent of Employee.

Compensation. The Employee shall receive a base salary of $230,000 per year, subject to ordinary tax withholding and all required deductions, payable in regular and semi-monthly installments (the "Base Salary"). Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors of the Company to determine appropriate increases, if any, in such Base Salary.

Base Salary Compensation. You will receive, as a guaranteed base salary for your full-time employment, annual compensation of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) for the Term. Your annual base compensation will be reviewed annually by the Compensation Committee, but in no event shall it be less than $250,000. Your base compensation will be paid in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices as in effect from time to time, but in no event less frequently than monthly.
