Annual Financial Statements for Borrower. Borrower shall furnish within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year a financial statement of Borrower as of the end of such fiscal year, in each case audited by independent public accountants acceptable to Lender. Each annual financial statement shall include a balance sheet, operating/income statement, contingent liabilities, statement of cash flows, comparison to budget and a reconciliation of retained earnings and net worth, and be in a form suitable to the Lender.

Annual Statements. As soon as available, but in no event later than one-hundred-twenty (120) days after the end of each fiscal year, Borrower’s balance sheet and income statement for the year ended, audited by a certified public accountant satisfactory to Lender.

Quarterly Financial Statement. Borrower shall furnish to Lender within 90 days after the end of each fiscal quarter, a balance sheet and income statement as of the end of such quarter, all in form and substance and in reasonable detail satisfactory to Lender, such quarterly financial statements being prepared according to GAAP.

As soon as available, and in any event no later than June 30 of each year following the end of each fiscal year (December 31), commencing with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, complete and accurate Financial Statements representing the financial condition of Borrower as of the date such Financial Statements are prepared and delivered to Lender, including such supplemental reports and schedules as Lender shall require in its sole and absolute discretion. All annual Financial Statements shall be audited by certified public accountants acceptable to Lender.

Annual Financial Statements. Within one hundred twenty (120) days of the end of the calendar year, Borrowers shall provide the Bank with internally prepared combined annual financial statements of Borrowers, prepared on a sound accounting basis in accordance with GAAP, consistently applied (including combined balance sheets and combined income statements) and the information in Section 6.6(a) (i) and (ii), respectively, above for such entire applicable fiscal year period). as soon as available and in any event within one hundred fifty (150) days after the end of each fiscal year of Borrower, a copy of the audited financial statements (including balance sheet, statements of income and cash flows, all accompanying notes thereto and any management letter) for such year for Borrower, certified, without qualification, by independent public accountants acceptable to Bank;
