#[[Regional Management:Organization]], as Servicer, is no longer obligated to service new Receivables originated by [[Regional Management:Organization]] or purchased by [[Regional Management:Organization]] from the Originators;

a failure on the part of the Borrower to make any payment, transfer or deposit required by the terms of any Basic Document (other than as set forth in [clauses (i) and (ii) of Section 10.01(a)]) on the day such payment or deposit is required to be made, which default or failure continues unremedied for three (3) Business Days after the earlier of # receipt of written notice of such failure by the Borrower from the Administrative Agent or any Lender or # discovery of such failure by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower;

If an Event of Default occurs and:

Remedies Upon an Event of Default. (a) If any Event of Default occurs and is continuing, then, and in any such event, # if such event is an Event of Default specified in [clause (i) or (ii) of Section 9.1(f)] with respect to the Borrower, automatically the Loans hereunder (with accrued interest thereon) and all other amounts owing under this Agreement shall immediately become due and payable, and # if such event is any other Event of Default, with the consent of the Required Lenders, the Administrative Agent may, or upon the request of the Required Lenders, the Administrative Agent shall, by notice to the Borrower, declare the Term Loans hereunder (with accrued interest thereon) and all other amounts owing under this Agreement to be due and payable forthwith, whereupon the same shall immediately become due and payable.

Occurrence of an Event of Default. An “Event of Default” under any other Loan Document.

Event of Default. The occurrence of any of the following events shall, at Landlord’s option, constitute an “Event of Default”:

If Tenant shall default in the payment of Fixed Rent, additional rent or other payments required of Tenant, and if Tenant shall fail to cure said default within seven (7) days after receipt of written notice of said default from Landlord, or # if Tenant shall default in the performance or observance of any other agreement or condition on its part to be performed or observed and if Tenant shall fail to cure said default within thirty days after receipt of written notice of said default from Landlord (but if longer than thirty days shall be reasonably required

Remedies Upon an Event of Default. (a) If any Event of Default occurs and is continuing, then, and in any such event, # if such event is an Event of Default specified in [clause (i) or (ii) of Subsection 9.1(f)] with respect to any Borrower, automatically the Commitments, if any, shall immediately terminate and the Loans hereunder (with accrued interest thereon) and all other amounts owing under this Agreement shall immediately become due and payable, and # if such event is any other Event of Default, with the consent of the Required Lenders, the Administrative Agent may, or upon the request of the Required Lenders, the Administrative Agent shall, by notice to the Borrower Representative, declare the Commitments to be terminated forthwith, whereupon the Commitments, if any, shall immediately terminate, and/or declare the Loans hereunder (with accrued interest thereon) and all other amounts owing under this Agreement to be due and payable forthwith, whereupon the same shall immediately become due and payable.
