in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’s Revolving Commitment, Letter of Credit Liabilities and the Loans at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a Bank or an Affiliate of a Bank or an Approved Fund with respect to a Bank, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’Lender’s Commitments, Loans and other Revolving Commitment, Letter of Credit Liabilities and the LoansExposure at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a Bank orLender, an Affiliate of a BankLender or an Approved Fund with respect to a Bank,Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’Lender’s Revolving Commitment, Letter of Credit LiabilitiesCommitment and the Loans at the time owing to it thereunder or in the case of an assignment to a Bank orLender, an Affiliate of a BankLender or an Approved Fund with respect to a Bank,Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’Lender’s Revolving Commitment, Letter of Credit LiabilitiesCommitment and the Loans at the time owing to it under or in the case of an assignment to a Bank orLender, an Affiliate of a BankLender or an Approved Fund with respect to a Bank,Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’Lender’s Revolving Commitment, Letter ofCommitments, Loans and other Credit Liabilities and the LoansExposure at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a Bank orLender, an Affiliate of a BankLender or an Approved Fund with respect to a Bank,Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’s Revolving Commitment, Letter of Credit Liabilities and the LoansCommitments or Loans, as applicable, at the time owing to itthe assigning Lender or in the case of an assignment to a BankLender or an Affiliate of a Bank or an Approved Fund with respect to a Bank,Lender, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’Lender’s Revolving Commitment, Letter of Credit LiabilitiesCommitment and the Loans at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a BankLender or an Affiliate of a BankLender or an Approved Fund with respect(determined after giving effect to a Bank,such assignments), no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’​’s Revolving Commitment, Letter of Credit Liabilities and theTerm Loans at the time owing toheld by it, in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning ​’s Revolving Commitment and Revolving Loans at the time held by it or in the case of an assignment to a Bank or​, an Affiliate of a Bank​ or an Approved Fund with respect to a Bank,Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’Lender’s Revolving Commitment, Letter of Credit LiabilitiesCommitment and the Loans at the time owing to it or in the case of an assignment to a Bank orLender, an Affiliate of a BankLender or an Approved Fund with respect to a Bank,Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and

in the case of an assignment of the entire remaining amount of the assigning Bank’s Revolving Commitment, Letter of Credit Liabilities andCommitment and/or the Loans at the time owing to it or contemporaneous assignments to related Approved Funds (determined after giving effect to such assignments) that equal at least the amount specified in paragraph (b)(i)(B) of this Section in the aggregate or in the case of an assignment to a Bank orBank, an Affiliate of a Bank or an Approved Fund with respect to a Bank,Fund, no minimum amount need be assigned; and
