Vested Amounts. For each Plan Year in which an amount credited to a Member’s Account becomes vested, to the extent applicable and/or required under applicable law, the Bank shall withhold from that portion of the Member’s Base Salary, bonus and/or commissions, in a manner determined by the Bank, the Member’s share of FICA and other employment taxes on the applicable annual contribution amounts.
