Amount of Plan Benefits. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, the Plan benefits payable to, or on account of, a Participant under the Plan as of any date shall be an amount as described in the paragraphs below. A participant's Pension Plan Program is one of the non-bargained programs that are defined and operated as part of the AT&T Pension Benefit Plan: Southeast Management Program, AT&T Legacy Management Program, Management Cash Balance Program, Nonbargained Program, and Wireless Program. Grandfathered Plan Benefits. Payment of Supplementary Pensions provided for herein which are attributable to Grandfathered Plan Benefits shall be in the same form and commence as of the same date as distribution is made pursuant to the Participant’s election under the GE Pension Plan (subject to the special rule in Section III(b) of this Plan for Employees over age 70-½).
Amount of Regular Severance Benefits. If a Participant’s employment is terminated in circumstances entitling him or her to Regular Severance Benefits as provided in Section 4.2, then, subject to Articles 5 and 6:

Each Members interest in his Accounts is 100 percent vested at all times. In the case of a reemployed Member who previously incurred a forfeiture from his Company Contributions Account under the Plan as in effect prior to January 1, 1989, any such forfeiture may be restored to the Members Company Contributions Account if the Member satisfies the requirements of the Plan as in effect prior to January 1, 1989, concerning the repayment of prior forfeitures. Benefits to which a Member is entitled are distributable to such Member or his Beneficiary, as the case may be, as further provided in this Article 8.
