At the time a participant files his or her subscription agreement, he or she shall elect to have payroll deductions made on each pay day during the Offering Period in an amount from one percent (1%) to ten percent (10%) of the Compensation which he or she receives on each pay day during the Offering Period. The Administrator, in its sole discretion, may permit all participants in a specified Offering to contribute amounts to the Plan through payment by cash, check or other means set forth in the subscription agreement prior to each Exercise Date of each Purchase Period.

At the time a 1">participant files his or her subscription agreement,1">Participant enrolls in the Plan pursuant to Section 5, he or she 3">shall3">will elect to have 5">Contributions (in the form of payroll deductions7"> or otherwise, to the extent permitted by the Administrator) made on each pay day during the Offering Period in an amount 9">from one percent (1%) to ten percent (10%)9">not exceeding 15% of the 11">Compensation11">Compensation, which he or she receives on each pay day during the Offering 13">Period.13">Period (for illustrative purposes, should a pay day occur on an Exercise Date, a Participant will have any Contributions made on such day applied to his or her account under the then-current Purchase Period or Offering Period). The Administrator, in its sole discretion, may permit all 15">participants15">Participants in a specified Offering to contribute amounts to the Plan through payment by cash, check or other means set forth in the subscription agreement prior to each Exercise Date of each Purchase Period.17"> A Participant’s subscription agreement will remain in effect for successive Offering Periods unless terminated as provided in Section 10 hereof.
