Amount of Award. The Committee shall establish a maximum amount of a Participant’s Award, which amount shall be denominated in Shares in the case of Performance Shares or in dollars in the case of Performance Units.

If a Participant elects a permissible withdrawal under this Subsection, then the Plan must make a distribution equal to the amount (and only the amount) of the Automatic Deferrals made under the EACA (adjusted for allocable gains and losses to the date of the distribution). The Participating Employer shall credit a Matching Deferral equal to 100% of a Participants Basic Deferrals for a Plan Year, provided, however, that # with respect to Basic Deferrals of salary, such Matching Deferrals shall be limited to six percent (6%) of the Participants salary that constitutes Excess Earnings for such Plan Year, and # with respect to Basic Deferrals of Performance-Based Compensation, such Matching Deferrals shall be limited to six percent (6%) of the Participants Performance-Based Compensation that constitutes Excess Earnings for such Plan Year.
