Amount of Award. The Committee shall establish a maximum amount of a Participant’s Award, which amount shall be denominated in Shares in the case of Performance Shares or in dollars in the case of Performance Units.
Amount. The death benefit payable to the Participant's Eligible Spouse or Designated Beneficiary shall be one hundred twenty (120) monthly payments commencing on the first day of the month following the month in which the Participant would have attained his or her Normal Retirement Age if he or she had not died, with each such monthly benefit payment equal to the difference between the monthly benefits determined under Section 4.1(a)(i) and Section 4.1(a)(ii) below where:

If a Participant elects a permissible withdrawal under this Subsection, then the Plan must make a distribution equal to the amount (and only the amount) of the Automatic Deferrals made under the EACA (adjusted for allocable gains and losses to the date of the distribution). With respect to Earnings prior to 2015, a Participating Employer shall credit an additional deferral amount (Company Retirement Deferral) equal to the percentage of the Excess Earnings of each eligible Participant employed by such Participating Employer in accordance with the following schedule:
Conversion Amount. The Conversion Amount shall be converted pursuant to Rule 144(b)(1)(ii) and Rule 144(d)(1)(ii) as promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, into unrestricted shares at the Conversion Price.

Upon the exercise of a Stock Appreciation Right related to an Option, the Grantee shall be entitled to receive an amount determined by multiplying # the excess of the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date of exercise of such Stock Appreciation Right over the per Share purchase price under the related Option, by # the number of Shares as to which such Stock Appreciation Right is being exercised. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Committee may limit in any manner the amount payable with respect to any Stock Appreciation Right by including such a limit in the Agreement evidencing the Stock Appreciation Right at the time it is granted.
Amount Payable. The Committee shall establish a target amount for each Participant that would be payable if each of the applicable performance objectives are 100% achieved. Except as provided in Section 4(e), the amount actually payable in respect of any performance objective shall be determined based on the extent to which such objective (or such objective and any other linked performance objective) is met or exceeded, or the extent to which such objective(s) are only partially achieved. The Committee may provide that amounts below or in excess of target will be payable for performance in excess of, or at stated levels below, targeted performance. The Committee may establish a threshold level of achievement for any performance objective below which no amount shall be payable in respect of such performance objective.
Maximum Amount. The maximum aggregate incentive amount of any Award that may be earned under the Plan by a Participant for all Performance Periods beginning in any given fiscal year of the Company shall be $9,000,000.
Supplemental Amount. Employee is eligible to receive a supplemental severance payment in the amount of (less deductions or withholdings required by law or by agreement between the Parties and any outstanding amounts Employee owes to the Company, including but not limited to any outstanding balance owed on any housing or relocation loans).
