The Lender hereby agrees to lend to the Borrower a loan in a maximum aggregate amount of Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) in lawful money of the United States of America (the “Loan”).
Loan Amount. The Lender hereby agrees to make a loan to the Borrower in the amount of four million ($4,000,000) (the “Loan”).
The Borrower shall use the proceeds of the Loan only for the exclusive purpose as working capital for its business.

The Cummins Inc. 2012 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended and restated, is designed to attract, retain, focus and motivate executives, other selected employees, directors and consultants and to link the interests of these individuals with the interests of the Company’s shareholders over the longer term.
