Amendments and Waivers. No amendment, waiver, or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless it is in writing and duly executed by the party to be charged therewith.

Amendments and Waivers. No amendment to this Agreement will be valid or binding unless set forth in writing and duly executed by all of the parties hereto. No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement will be effective or binding unless made in writing and signed by the party purporting to give the same and, unless otherwise provided in the written waiver, will be limited to the specific breach waived.

5.4Amendments and Waivers. No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Section # Amendment and Waiver. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding upon the parties unless made in a writing signed by all the parties hereto. The waiver by a party of the breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other party shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such party.

No amendment, waiver or modification of this Agreement or of any covenant, condition, or limitation herein contained shall be valid unless in writing and duly executed by the party to be charged therewith. The term of this Agreement may be extended only upon the written agreement of both parties.

No amendment, modification, variation or waiver of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by (or by some person duly authorized by) each of the parties hereto.

Amendments. No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by both of the parties hereto. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing signed by the party granting the waiver. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similar) nor shall that waiver constitute a continuing waiver.

Amendment. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be effective unless it shall be in writing and signed by each of the parties hereto, and no waiver or consent hereunder shall be effective against any party unless it shall be in writing and signed by such party.
