Amendments. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except pursuant to a written instrument executed by all of the Parties.

The Plan and these Standard Terms and Conditions may be amended or altered by the Committee or the Company’s Board of Directors to the extent provided in the Plan.

Amendments. The Committee may at any time alter or amend this Award to the extent # permitted by law, # permitted by the rules of any stock exchange on which the Common Stock or any other security of the Corporation is listed, and # permitted under applicable provisions of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (including rule 16b-3 thereof).

Amendments. No provision of this Agreement may be amended, modified, or waived, except in a writing signed by the Investor, the Company and, in accordance with Section 9, the Observer.

Amendments. This Agreement will not be amended or modified, in each case, except by a written agreement by the Grantor and the Secured Party.

Amendments. Purchaser and Seller, by mutual agreement in writing, may amend, modify or supplement this Agreement. No modification or amendment of this Agreement is effective unless made in writing and signed by the Party to be bound, with such written modification or amendment stating the expressed intent to modify this Agreement. A course of dealing or performance is not a modification unless expressed in an appropriate written document and signed by the Party to be bound.

Amendments. The provisions of this Note and any other agreement or instrument securing or assuring the payment of this Note or executed in connection herewith may be amended or revised only by an instrument in writing signed by Maker and Payee.

AMENDMENTS. With respect to a Registration Statement filed pursuant to Section 2.1 of this Agreement, and, subject to Section 4.1 of this Agreement, the Company shall prepare and file with the SEC such amendments to the Registration Statement and amendments or supplements to the prospectus contained therein as may be necessary to keep such Registration Statement effective and such Registration Statement and prospectus accurate and complete for the entire period for which the Registration Statement remains effective.

Amendments. No amendment, waiver, modification, termination or cancellation of this agreement shall be effective unless in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought. The rights afforded to you by this agreement are contract rights and may not be diminished, eliminated or otherwise affected by amendments to the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws of the Company or by other agreements, including directors’ and officers’ insurance policies.

Amendments. Amend # the documents or instruments governing any Indebtedness incurred under [Section 7.03(k) or (o)])] without the consent of the Administrative Agent or # any Organizational Document in a manner materially adverse to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders.
