Amendments and Termination; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended or terminated except by a writing executed by all of the parties hereto. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of ​ and Executive relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and written understandings and agreements relating to such subject matter.

8.4Entire Agreement/Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of ​ and Executive relatingbetween the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oralagreements, negotiations, representations or proposals, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be altered, modified, or amended except by written instrument signed by the parties hereto. Articles 3 and written understandings and agreements relating to such subject matter.4 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of Executive's employment with the Company, except as otherwise specifically stated therein.
