Amendments; Waiver. This Agreement shall not be amended, changed, modified, terminated, or discharged in whole or in part except by an instrument in writing signed by each of the parties hereto, or by their respective successors or assigns, or otherwise as provided herein. No provision hereof may be waived except by written instrument signed by the party to be charged with such waiver. No waiver of any term, provision or condition of this Agreement in any one or more instances shall be deemed to be or be construed as a further or continuing waiver of any such term, provision or condition or as a waiver of any other term, provision or condition of this Agreement.

Amendment and Waiver. No provision of this Agreement may be modified, waived or discharged unless such waiver, modification or discharge is agreed to in a writing signed by the Parties hereto. No waiver by either Party of, or in compliance with, any condition or provision of this Agreement to be performed by the other Party shall be deemed a waiver of similar or dissimilar provisions or conditions at the same or at any prior or subsequent time.

Amendments; No Waiver. This Agreement may be amended only by an instrument in writing signed by the parties hereto, and any provision hereof may be waived only by an instrument in writing signed by the party or parties against whom or which enforcement of such waiver is sought. The failure of any party hereto at any time to require the performance by any other party hereto of any provision hereof shall in no way affect the full right to require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver by any party hereto of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of any succeeding breach of such provision or a waiver of the provision itself or a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement.

Amendments and Waivers. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by an instrument in writing signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement will only be effective if and to the extent documented in a writing signed by the party making or granting such waiver and will not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or waiver of the same term or condition, or a waiver of any other term or condition, of this Agreement. The failure of any party to enforce any provision hereof will not be construed to be a waiver of the right of such party thereafter to enforce such provisions.

Amendments; Waivers. No provision of this Agreement may be waived or amended except in a written instrument signed, in the case of an amendment, by each of the parties hereto or, in the case of a waiver, by the party against whom enforcement of any such waiver is sought. No waiver of any default with respect to any provision, condition or requirement of this Agreement shall be deemed to be a continuing waiver in the future or a waiver of any subsequent default or a waiver of any other provision, condition or requirement hereof, nor shall any delay or omission of any party to exercise any right hereunder in any manner impair the exercise of any such right.

Amendment or Waiver. Neither this Agreement nor any terms hereof may be changed, waived, discharged, or terminated unless such change, waiver, discharge or termination is in writing signed by the parties hereto.

Modifications; Waivers. This Agreement may not be changed, modified or terminated, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except by a writing signed by the party to be charged with any such change, modification, termination or waiver. The waiver of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement on any occasion or occasions shall not be deemed a waiver of such terms and conditions on any future occasion.

Section # Amendment and Waiver. This Agreement may not be amended except by an instrument in writing signed by or on behalf of each of the parties hereto. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the person or party to be charged.

Amendments. This Agreement may be modified or amended only by an instrument in writing and signed by all the parties hereto . Any waiver of the terms and conditions of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by all the parties hereto and any such waiver shall not be construed as a waiver of any other terms and conditions of this Agreement. A waiver by either party as to any particular breach shall not constitute or be considered as a waiver of any similar or other breach or default thereafter.

Amendment; Waiver. No modification or amendment to this Agreement, nor any waiver of any rights under this Agreement, will be effective unless in writing signed by the party to be charged. The waiver by any party hereto expressed or implied, or any breach hereunder shall not be deemed a continuing waiver or consent to a subsequent breach. The failure of any party hereto at any time to require performance of any provision hereof shall in no way effect the right to require performance at any time thereafter. The waiver of any party to a breach of any provision hereof shall not be a waiver of the enforceability of such provision itself.
