Amendments. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except pursuant to a written instrument executed by all of the Parties.

Modifications. This Agreement may not be amended, canceled, revoked, or otherwise modified except by written agreement signed by both Parties.

Amendments. This Agreement may be amended, modified, or supplemented only by written agreement of the parties. No provision of this Agreement may be waived except in writing signed by the party against whom such waiver is sought to be enforced.

Section # Amendment. This Agreement may not be changed or modified or in any way amended except by a written instrument duly executed by the proper officers of both parties to this Agreement, and any change or modification to this Agreement will be null and void unless made by amendment to this Agreement and duly executed by the proper officers of both parties to this Agreement.

Amendment and Modification. This Agreement may be amended, modified, terminated, rescinded or supplemented only by written agreement of the Parties hereto.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented but only in writing signed by each of the Parties hereto.
