No amendment or modification of the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the parties hereto.

Amendment. No amendment to this Agreement shall be valid unless such amendment is in writing and is signed by authorized representatives of all the parties to this Agreement.

Modification. No variation of or addition to the Agreement or any part thereof shall be effective unless in writing and signed on behalf of both Parties.

Amendments. No amendments to this Agreement shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.

No amendment to this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless set forth in writing and duly executed by both of the parties hereto. No waiver of any breach of any term or provision of this Agreement shall be effective or binding unless made in writing and signed by the party purporting to give the same and, unless otherwise provided in the written waiver, shall be limited to the specific breach waived.

Modification. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing, specifically referring to this agreement, and signed by both parties.

No variation or amendment of this Agreement or the obligations of the Borrower hereunder shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by or on behalf of each of the Parties.

Section # Amendments. No amendment or modification of this Agreement or waiver of any right hereunder shall be binding on any party hereto unless it is in writing and is signed by all of the parties hereto.

Any amendment or modification of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the party or parties intending to be bound thereby.

This Agreement may not be modified or amended except by a written document signed by the parties.

No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the Parties (or their authorised representatives).
