Amendments to the Credit Agreement. On and as of the Ninth Amendment Effective Date (as defined below[[Borrower:Organization]], each Existing Lender and 2022 Incremental Term Lender party hereto (which collectively constitute all Lenders[[Borrower:Organization]] hereby consents to amend the Credit Agreement as follows: delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text[[Borrower:Organization]] and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text[[Borrower:Organization]] as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Annex A hereto.

Amendments to the Credit Agreement. The parties hereto agree that, effective as of the date of satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2 below, the Credit Agreement (including the Exhibits thereto) is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement (including the Exhibits thereto) attached as [Annex A] hereto (the Credit Agreement as so amended, the “Amended Credit Agreement”).
