Exhibits and Schedules. The exhibits and schedules attached hereto are incorporated by reference herein and shall have the same force and effect with respect to the provisions set forth therein as though fully set forth in this Agreement.

Schedules and Exhibits. All of the schedules and exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.

Exhibits and Schedules. All exhibits and schedules attached hereto (the “Exhibits”) shall be construed with and deemed an integral part of this Agreement to the same extent as if the same had been set forth verbatim herein. Any matter disclosed pursuant to the Exhibits shall be deemed to be disclosed for all purposes under this Agreement, and all references to this Agreement herein or in any such Exhibits shall be deemed to refer to and include all such Exhibits.

The Schedules and Exhibits hereto are hereby incorporated by reference into the body of this Agreement.

Incorporation of Exhibits and Schedules. The Schedules referred to in this Agreement are incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

All attached exhibits and schedules are incorporated as terms of this Agreement by this reference.

Exhibits/Schedules/Construction. The Exhibits and Schedules to this Agreement are an integral part of this Agreement and are hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if set forth herein. Any capitalized terms used in any Schedule or Exhibit but not otherwise defined therein shall be defined as set forth in this Agreement.

All schedules and exhibits to this Agreement, either as originally existing or as the same may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended, are incorporated herein by reference.

Section # Schedules Incorporated. The Schedules and Exhibits annexed hereto are hereby incorporated herein as a part of this Agreement with the same effect as if set forth in the body hereof.

For the avoidance of doubt, all Schedules and Exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed to be a part hereof.
