Amendments. No modification, alteration of this Agreement or any SOW, amendments, work orders or other related documents shall be binding upon the Parties unless contained in a writing signed by a duly authorized agent for each respective Party and specifically referring hereto or thereto.

Amendments. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be effective or binding with respect to a party unless it is in writing and is signed by the party.

Modifications. No modification, amendment, supplement to or waiver of this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto unless made in writing and duly signed by both parties.

Amendments. No change, amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding upon the Parties unless such change, amendment or modification shall be in writing and duly executed by both Parties.
