Amendments to Credit Agreement. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent specified in Section 3 below, the undersigned Lenders hereby agree that, effective as of the date hereof, the Credit Agreement shall be amended as follows:

Amendments to Credit Agreement. The Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the Credit Agreement attached as Annex A hereto.

Amendments to Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in this Section 1.

Amendments to Credit Agreement. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 7 hereof:

Amendments to Credit Agreement. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 5 of this Amendment, the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

#Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement, Defined Terms, is hereby modified and amended by deleting the definition of “LIBO Rate” and “Revolving Credit Maturity Date” set forth therein in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof, respectively, the following:
