Entire Agreement; Amendments. The terms of this Agreement shallare intended by the parties to be valid unless in writingthe final expression of their agreement with respect to the employment of the Executive by the Company and signedmay not be contradicted by both parties.evidence of any prior or contemporaneous agreement.
