Modification in Writing Only. No waiver or modification of this Agreement or of any covenant, condition, or limitation herein, shall be valid unless in writing and duly executed by the party to be charged therewith.

Amendment, Waiver or Modification. No amendment, waiver or modification of this Agreement or of any covenant, condition, or limitation herein contained shall be valid unless in writing and duly executed by the party to be charged therewith. The term of this Agreement may be extended only upon the written agreement of both parties.

Amendments and Waivers. No amendment, waiver, or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless it is in writing and duly executed by the party to be charged therewith.

Modifications. Neither this Agreement nor any provision hereof may be modified, altered, amended or waived except by an instrument in writing duly signed by the party to be charged.
