Other Defaults Under Loan Documents. The Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement (other than those specified in [Sections 9.1(a) or 9.1(d)]) or any other Loan Document and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of 30 days after the earlier to occur of # the Borrower obtaining knowledge thereof and # the date that notice thereof shall have been given to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent or any Lender; or

Thethe Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement (other than those specified in [Sections 9.1([Section 7.01(a), (b) or 9.1(d)(d)])]) or any other Loan Document and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of 30 days after the earlier to occur of # the Borrower obtaining knowledge thereof and # the date that notice thereof shall have been given to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent or any Lender; orthe Required Lenders;

The Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement (other than those specified in [Sections 9.1(a) or 9.1(d)]) or any other Loan Party fails to perform or observe any other covenant or agreement (not specified in [Sections 8.01(a) or 8.01(b)] above) contained in any Loan Document on its part to be performed or observed and such failure shall continue unremediedcontinues for a period of 30 days after the earlierfirst to occur of # the Borrower obtainingdate that any Executive Officer of any Loan Party obtains actual knowledge thereof andof such breach or # the date that notice thereof shall have been given to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent delivers notice to Borrower or any Lender;other Loan Party of such breach; or

Other Defaults Under Loan Documents. Thethe Borrower or any other Obligor, as applicable, shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement (other than those specified in [Sections 9.1(a)clause (a), (b), (d) or 9.1(d)])(e) of this Article) or any other Loan Document and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of 30thirty (30) or more days after the earlier to occur of # the Borrower obtaining actual knowledge thereofof such failure and # the date that it has resulted in a Default hereunder or receiving notice thereof shall have been given to the Borrower byfrom the Administrative Agent or(given at the request of any Lender; orLender);

The Borrower shall failCompany fails to perform or observe any other term or perform any covenant, condition or agreementcovenant contained in this Agreement (other than those specified in [Sections 9.1(a) or 9.1(d)]) or any other Loan DocumentDocument, and such failuredefault shall continue unremedied for a period of # 10 days, in the case such default arises under Section ‎6.03(b) or ‎6.03(c), or (ii) 30 daysdays, in the case of any other such default, after the earlier to occur of # the Borrower obtaining knowledge thereof and # the date thatupon which written notice thereof shall have beenis given to the BorrowerCompany by the Administrative Agent or any Lender;Bank; or

The BorrowerParty shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in this Agreement (other than those specified in [Sections 9.1(a)clause (a), (b) or 9.1(d)])(d) of this Article) or any other Loan DocumentDocument, and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of 30 days (provided that such period shall be 10 days in the case of the failure to observe or perform any covenant in [Section 5.01]) after the earlier to occur of # the Borrower obtainingdate any Responsible Officer obtains actual knowledge thereof andor # the date thatwritten notice thereof shall have beenis given to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent orto the Company (which notice will be given at the request of any Lender; orLender);

The Borrower shall failParty fails to perform or observe or perform any covenant, conditioncovenant or agreement contained in this Agreement (other than those specified in [Sections 9.1([Section 8.01(a) or 9.1(d)(b)]) or] above) contained in any other Loan Document to be performed or observed by it and such failure shall continue unremediedcontinues for a period of 30 days after the earlier to occur of # the Borrower obtaining knowledge thereof and # the date that notice thereof shall have been given to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent or any Lender;to the Borrower; or
