No Other Amendments. Except as modified expressly or by necessary implication herein or in the Credit Agreement, all of the terms and conditions of the Revolving Note shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The Term Loan (including the 2010 Term Loan) (or any other instrument not expressly noted as affected hereby) is not affected by these presents.
No Other Changes. Except as explicitly amended by this Second Amendment, all of the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to all Revolving Loans and Letters of Credit thereunder.
