Modifications. No term or provision contained herein may be modified, amended or waived except by written agreement or consent signed by the [[Organization F:Organization]] and the Maker.

Modifications. No change, modification or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid unless the same be in writing and signed by the parties hereto. This Agreement may also be amended by the Company at any time if such amendment does not materially impair the rights of the Grantee under this Agreement.

Modifications. Neither this Agreement nor any provision hereof may be modified, altered, amended or waived except by an instrument in writing duly signed by the party to be charged.

Modifications. No provision of this Agreement may be modified, waived or discharged unless such waiver, modification or discharge is agreed to in writing and signed by you and such officer as may be designated by the Board. No waiver by either party hereto at any time of any breach by the other party hereto of, or compliance with, any condition or provision of this Agreement to be performed by such other party shall be deemed a waiver of similar or dissimilar provisions or conditions at the time or at any prior or subsequent time.

Modifications. This instrument contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, understandings or agreements between the parties, written or oral, with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. This Agreement may only be amended by written agreement of Manager and Provider.

Modifications and Amendments; Waivers and Consents. The terms and provisions of this Agreement may be modified or amended as provided in the Plan. Except as provided in the Plan, the terms and provisions of this Agreement may be waived, or consent for the departure therefrom granted, only by written document executed by the party entitled to the benefits of such terms or provisions. No such waiver or consent shall be deemed to be or shall constitute a waiver or consent with respect to any other terms or provisions of this Agreement, whether or not similar. Each such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which it was given, and shall not constitute a continuing waiver or consent.

Amendments. Modifications and/or amendments of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the Parties.

This Agreement may be modified or amended provided such modifications or amendments are mutually agreed upon and between THE PARTIES hereto and that said modifications or amendments are made only by an instrument inwriting signed by THE PARTIES.

Amendments: No amendments or modifications will be effective unless in writing signed by authorized representatives of both Parties.

Contracts. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, references to agreements and other contractual instruments shall be deemed to include all subsequent amendments and other modifications thereto, but only to the extent such amendments and other modifications are not prohibited by the terms of any Loan Document.
