Amendments and Modifications. This Agreement and any Exhibit hereto may be amended or modified only by a writing signed by both parties hereto, which makes specific reference to this Agreement. However, this Section does not affect a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator's ability to modify this Agreement pursuant to O.C.G.A. §§ 13-8-51(11); 53(d); or 54 in the event that either party initiates legal proceedings that relate in any way to this Agreement, including any action brought by either party seeking to enforce any provision set forth herein.

Section # Amendment and Modification. This Agreement, including any Exhibit or Disclosure Schedule, may only be amended, modified, or supplemented by an agreement in writing signed by each party hereto.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended or modified only in writing signed by each party hereto.

Section # Modification. This Agreement may not be amended, modified or supplemented in any manner, whether by course of conduct or otherwise, except by an instrument in writing specifically designated as an amendment hereto, signed on behalf of each party.

Section # Amendment. This Agreement may not be changed or modified or in any way amended except by a written instrument duly executed by the proper officers of both parties to this Agreement, and any change or modification to this Agreement will be null and void unless made by amendment to this Agreement and duly executed by the proper officers of both parties to this Agreement.

Modifications and Amendments. The terms and provisions of this Agreement may be modified or amended only by written agreement executed by the parties hereto.
