AMENDMENTS; MODIFICATIONS. Neither this Agreement nor any term or provision in it may be changed, waived, discharged, rescinded or terminated orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party against whom or which the enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge, rescission or termination is sought.

Amendments. This Agreement and any provision hereof, may be waived, changed, modified, or discharged, only by an agreement in writing signed by the Party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, or discharge is sought.

Amendments. Neither this Agreement nor any term hereof may be orally changed, waived, discharged, or terminated, and may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both of the parties hereto.

Modification. Neither this Agreement nor any provisions hereof shall be waived modified, discharged or terminated except by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom any such waiver, modification, discharge or termination is sought.

Amendment to this Agreement. No modification, waiver, amendment, discharge or change of this Agreement, shall be valid unless the same is in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement of such modification, waiver amendment, discharge, or change is or may be sought.

Neither this Agreement nor any other Loan Document nor any provision hereof or thereof may be modified, amended, changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought.

Modification. This Agreement may be modified, and the rights, remedies and obligations contained in any provision hereof may be waived, only in accordance with this Section. No waiver by either party or any breach by the other or any provision hereof shall be deemed to be a waiver of any later or other breach thereof or as a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement. This Agreement may not be waived, changed, discharged or terminated orally or by any course of dealing between the parties, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom any waiver, change, discharge is sought or by the party notifying of termination of this Agreement.

Neither this Agreement nor any of the terms of this Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated unless such change, waiver, discharge or termination is in writing and signed by the parties to this Agreement.

Amendments. This Agreement may be amended, modified, or supplemented only by written agreement of the parties. No provision of this Agreement may be waived except in writing signed by the party against whom such waiver is sought to be enforced.

No Oral Change. This Agreement and any provision hereof, may not be waived, changed, modified, or discharged, orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, or discharge is sought.
