Amendments. Purchaser and Seller, by mutual agreement in writing, may amend, modify or supplement this Agreement. No modification or amendment of this Agreement is effective unless made in writing and signed by the Party to be bound, with such written modification or amendment stating the expressed intent to modify this Agreement. A course of dealing or performance is not a modification unless expressed in an appropriate written document and signed by the Party to be bound.

Amendments. No amendment or modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless the same shall be set forth in a writing duly executed by the Seller and Buyer, and then only to the extent specifically set forth therein.

Amendment and Modification. Subject to applicable law, this Agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented only by a written agreement signed by Purchaser and Seller.

Amendments. No amendment or modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless the same shall be set forth in a writing duly executed by the Sellers and Buyer, and then only to the extent specifically set forth therein.

Amendments in Writing. No amendment, modification, waiver, termination or discharge of any provision of this Agreement, or any consent to any departure by Seller or Buyer from any provision hereof, shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by Seller and Buyer, and each such amendment, modification, waiver, termination or discharge shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given.

Amendment and Waiver. This Agreement may not be modified or amended, except by an agreement in writing signed by Sellers and Purchaser. Sellers or Purchaser may waive any of the conditions contained herein or any of the obligations of the other party hereunder but any such waiver shall be effective only if in writing and signed by the party waiving such condition or obligation.

Amendment or Modification. This Agreement may not be amended except in a written instrument executed by Buyer and the Representative. No amendment, supplement, modification or waiver of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party hereto to be bound thereby.

This Agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented only by a writing signed by the Purchaser and the Seller.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended, modified, or supplemented only by written agreement of Sellers and Purchaser.

Amendments. This Agreement may not be amended, modified, altered or supplemented other than by means of a written instrument duly executed and delivered on behalf of the Purchaser and the Seller.
