Amendments. The provisions of this Note may be changed only by a written agreement executed by the Company and Holder.

Amendments. This Note and any provision hereof may only be amended by an instrument in writing signed by the Borrower and the Holder.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended or modified by written agreement executed by the Holder and the Company.

Waivers and Amendments. This Note may not be amended or modified, nor may any of its terms be waived, except by a written instrument signed by the Company and Holder.

Amendment. This Note and any provision hereof may be amended only by an instrument in writing signed by the Maker and the Note Holder.

Amendments and Waivers. Any term of this Note may be amended only with the written consent of the Company. Any amendment or waiver effected in accordance with this Section 6 shall be binding upon the Company, each Holder and each transferee of any Note.

Amendment and Modification. This Note may only be amended, modified or supplemented by an agreement in writing signed by each party hereto.

Amendments. The provisions of this Note and any other agreement or instrument securing or assuring the payment of this Note or executed in connection herewith may be amended or revised only by an instrument in writing signed by Maker and Payee.

The term ''Note” and all reference thereto, as used throughout this instrument, shall mean this instrument as originally executed, or if later amended or supplemented, then as so amended or supplemented.
