Amendments. This Agreement may not be amended, modified or terminated except by an agreement in writing signed by Assignor and Assignee, and consented to by Agent.

Amendments. This Agreement may not be amended, modified, supplemented or terminated, nor may any of the obligations of the parties hereto be waived, except by written agreement executed by the parties hereto.

Amendments. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except in a writing duly executed by the parties hereto.
