Amendments. The only way to amend or otherwise modify this Note is for all the parties to sign a written instrument which expresses the intent to amend or otherwise modify this Note. The party benefited by any condition or obligation may waive the same, but such waiver shall not be enforceable by another party unless made in writing and signed by the waiving party.
