No Waiver. Neither this Agreement nor any of the provisions contained in this Agreement may be changed or waived, except by a written instrument signed by both parties.

Modifications. Neither this Agreement nor any provision hereof may be modified, altered, amended or waived except by an instrument in writing duly signed by both parties.

Neither this Agreement nor any of the terms of this Agreement may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated unless such change, waiver, discharge or termination is in writing and signed by the parties to this Agreement.

Amendments. No provision of this Agreement may be waived or amended other than by an instrument in writing signed by both parties hereto.

Waiver and Modification. The provisions of this Agreement may not be waived or modified unless such waiver or modification is in writing and signed by the parties hereto.

Modifications. Neither this Agreement, nor any provision hereof, may be waived, amended or modified except pursuant to an agreement or agreements in writing entered into by the parties hereto.

No Waiver. Neither Party shall be deemed to have waived compliance by the other Party of any provision of this Agreement unless such waiver is contained in a written instrument signed by the waiving Party and no waiver that may be given by a Party will be applicable except in the specific instance for which it is given. No course of dealing shall operate as a waiver or modification of any provision of this Agreement or otherwise prejudice such Party’s rights, powers and remedies.

Amendment and Waiver. This Agreement may not be amended, nor any rights hereunder waived, except in a writing signed by the properly authorized representatives of each Party.

Modifications. Neither this Agreement nor any provision hereof may be modified, altered, amended or waived except by an instrument in writing duly signed by the party to be charged.

This Agreement may not be amended, modified or waived as to any particular provision, except by a written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
