Amendment. This Agreement may be amended, and any provision hereof may be waived, at any time by written agreement between the Company (with the approval of the Board) and Executive.

Amendment. The Committee may amend the terms of this Award to the fullest extent permitted by Section 12 of the Plan.

Amendment. The Company reserves the right to amend the Plan at any time and in any manner whatsoever; provided, however, that no such amendment shall operate to reduce the benefit accrued under the Plan as of the date of such amendment without the consent of the affected Participant.

Amendment. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3 hereof, the Term Loan Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

Amendment. No amendment to this Lease will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties or by the parties’ respective authorized representatives.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both Albany and the Employee.

Amendment. The Committee has the right to amend, alter, suspend, discontinue or cancel the Restricted Stock, prospectively or retroactively; provided, that, no such amendment shall adversely affect the Grantee’s material rights under this Award without the Grantee’s consent.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended or modified by written agreement executed by the Holder and the Company.

Amendment. On the Second Amendment Effective Date (as defined below), the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

Amendment. Agent shall have received counterparts of this Second Amendment duly executed by Borrowers, Agent and the Required Lenders;
