Maturity Date. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Note, the maturity date of this Note is November 1, 2017 (the “Maturity Date”) at which time all principal, accrued and unpaid interest and any other amounts owed under this Note shall be due and payable in full.

Maturity. The entire balance of principal advanced and accrued interest and other amounts then outstanding on this Note are due and payable on September 24, 2019 (the “Maturity Date”). Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (as hereinafter defined), all unpaid principal advanced and accrued Interest on this Note shall immediately become due.

Maturity Date. The unpaid principal balance, together with any accrued interest thereon as well as all other unpaid fees, charges, and expenses due hereunder or under any instrument or document securing this Note, shall be due and payable in full, without notice or demand, on August 1, 2029 (the “Maturity Date”), unless sooner due as provided in Section 6 below.
