Amendment to this Agreement. No modification, waiver, amendment, discharge or change of this Agreement, shall be valid unless the same is in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement of such modification, waiver amendment, discharge, or change is or may be sought.

Amendments. This Agreement and any provision hereof, may be waived, changed, modified, or discharged, only by an agreement in writing signed by the Party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, or discharge is sought.

Modification. Neither this Agreement nor any provisions hereof shall be waived modified, discharged or terminated except by an instrument in writing signed by the party against whom any such waiver, modification, discharge or termination is sought.

AMENDMENTS; MODIFICATIONS. Neither this Agreement nor any term or provision in it may be changed, waived, discharged, rescinded or terminated orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party against whom or which the enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge, rescission or termination is sought.

Amendments and Waivers. No amendment, waiver, or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless it is in writing and duly executed by the party to be charged therewith.

This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto oral modifications of the Agreement shall have no effect. This Agreement may be altered only by a written agreement signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension or discharge is sought.

Amendment. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be effective unless it shall be in writing and signed by each of the parties hereto, and no waiver or consent hereunder shall be effective against any party unless it shall be in writing and signed by such party.

Amendment and Modification. No amendment, change, modification, alteration, addition to, rescission, termination or discharge of this Agreement is effective unless it is in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both Parties.

Amendment and Waiver. This Agreement cannot be amended, supplemented or modified, nor can any provision hereof be waived, except by a written instrument signed by the Party against whom enforcement of such amendment, supplement, modification or waiver is sought.

Section # Amendment and Waiver. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding upon the parties unless made in a writing signed by all the parties hereto. The waiver by a party of the breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other party shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of such party.
