Amendment to Definitions. The following definitions in [Appendix A] of the Agreement are hereby amended and replaced in their entirety:

No Other Amendment: Definitions. Except as specifically modified and amended pursuant to this Third Amendment, the Technology License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without revision thereto. Moreover, all capitalized terms used in this Third Amendment, unless otherwise defined herein or the context specifically provides otherwise, shall have the same meanings herein as attributed to such terms in the Technology License Agreement.

Definitions. The Amendment is hereby further amended to update certain definitions, as follows:

New Definitions. The definitions of "Seventh Amendment" and "Seventh Amendment Effective Date" are hereby inserted into [Section 1.01] of the Credit Agreement in appropriate alphabetical order:
