Amendment to Credit Agreement. From and after the First Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement is amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Annex A to this Amendment (the “Amended Credit Agreement”).

Amendments to Credit Agreement. The Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the Credit Agreement attached as Annex A hereto.

Amendments to Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and adding the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the amended Credit Agreement attached as [Exhibit A] hereto.

Credit Agreement. As of the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date, the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Exhibit A hereto. As so amended, the Credit Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

The Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in Annex A hereto (the Credit Agreement, as so amended, the “Amended Credit Agreement”).

Effective as of the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date upon the occurrence of the Amendment No. 1 Effective Time, the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the Credit Agreement so amended and attached as Exhibit A hereto).

Section #The Credit Agreement is, effective as of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Exhibit A hereto (the “Amended Credit Agreement”).

SECTION # Amendments to Credit Agreement. As of the Amendment Effective Date (as defined below), subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2 below, the parties hereto hereby agree to amend the Credit Agreement to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Amended Credit Agreement attached as Annex A hereto.

Section # Amendments to Credit Agreement. Each of the parties hereto agrees that, effective on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Amended Credit Agreement attached as Exhibit B hereto.

The Credit Agreement is, effective as of the Amendment No. 7 Effective Date (after giving effect to [clause (a) of this Section 1]), hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as [Exhibit A] hereto (the “Amended Credit Agreement”).
