Amendment. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument signed by the Executive and by a duly authorized representative of the Company.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both you and by an authorized officer of the Company.

Amendments. This Agreement may be amended or modified only with the written consent of Executive and an authorized representative of the Company. No oral waiver, amendment or modification will be effective under any circumstances whatsoever.

Amendments. This Agreement cannot be amended or modified other than by a written agreement executed by the Executive and by an officer of the Company (other than the Executive) authorized by the Board (or a committee thereof) to execute such amendment or modification on the Company’s behalf.

11.8Amendments. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both the Company and the Executive.
