Notwithstanding, [Section 5.2(a)] above, upon the death of a Participant prior to the entire balance of the Participant’s Post-2004 Account having been paid, the remaining unpaid balance shall be payable to the Beneficiary as soon as practicable but no later than 90 days following the Participant’s death.

Such payment shall be made in a single lump sum with such payment to be made within sixty (60) days following the date of the Participant’s death; provided that, if such sixty-day period ends in the taxable year following the year in which the Participant’s death occurs, neither the Participant nor the Participant’s beneficiary shall have the right to designate the year of payment and the payment shall occur in the taxable year in which such sixty (60) day period ends.
Upon the death of a Participant, all amounts credited to his or her Account shall be paid, as soon as administratively feasible but no later than ninety (90) days following Participant’s date of death, to his or her beneficiary or beneficiaries, as determined under Article 7 hereof, in a lump sum.
