[Exhibit A] Amendment. The Agreement is hereby amended by deleting [Exhibit A] to the Agreement in its entirety.

Amendment to [Exhibit A]. The investment guidelines attached as [Exhibit A] to the Agreement are hereby replaced in their entirety with the investment guidelines attached hereto.

Amendment to [Exhibit A]. [Exhibit A] to the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as set forth in [Schedule B] attached hereto.

[Exhibit 6.11] of the Original Loan and Security Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the form of Compliance Certificate attached as [Exhibit A] to this Amendment.

Amendment to [Exhibit A] to Agreement. To the extent this First Amendment amends or alters [Exhibit A] to the Agreement, [Exhibit A] shall be amended to reflect these amendments and alterations; more specifically, where applicable: # ​ holds title to 500,000 shares of common stock in Nationwide, i.e. the ​ Issuance, and # ATI Nationwide holds title to 1,020,000 shares of common stock in Nationwide, i.e. the New Issuance, subject to the restrictions and conditions in [Section 3].
