Amendment. No amendment, modification or supplement of any provision of this Agreement shall be valid or effective unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of each Party.

Amendment. The Parties agree that this Agreement may not be altered, amended, or modified, in any respect, except by a writing duly executed by both Parties.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by the Company and Executive, which makes specific reference to this Agreement.

Amendment. This Confirmation and the Agreement may not be modified, amended or supplemented, except in a written instrument signed by [[Organization B:Organization]] and [[Organization A:Organization]].

Amendment. Upon the effectiveness of this Amendment the Loan Agreement is hereby amended such that, after giving effect to all such amendments, it shall read in its entirety as attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Amendment. Except as provided in Paragraph 13 above, this Agreement may not be modified or amended except by written instrument signed by all parties hereto.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended from time to time by the Administrator in its discretion; provided, however, that this Agreement may not be modified in a manner that would have a material adverse effect on your rights with respect to the Restricted Shares or the Performance Award as determined in the discretion of the Administrator, except as otherwise provided in # Section 8 of this Agreement, # the Plan or # a written document signed by each of the parties hereto.

Amendment. The Committee may at any time and from time to time amend the Plan in any respect. The shareholders of the Company, however, must approve any amendment required under Section 423 of the Code or any applicable listing requirement of any stock exchange on which the Shares are listed.

AMENDMENT . The Company’s Board (or appropriate committee thereof) reserves the right to change, by written notice to you, the provisions of this Agreement in any way it may deem necessary or advisable to carry out the purpose of the grant as a result of any change in applicable laws or regulations or any future law, regulation, ruling, or judicial decision, provided that any such change will be applicable only to rights relating to that portion of the Award which is then subject to restrictions as provided herein.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended, in whole or in part and in any manner not inconsistent with the provisions of the Plan, at any time and from time to time, by written agreement between ​ and the Grantee.
