Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire employment agreement between the parties and may not be modified, amended or terminated (other than pursuant to the terms hereof) except by a written instrument executed by the parties hereto. All other agreements, written or oral, between the parties pertaining to the employment or remuneration of the Executive not specifically contemplated hereby or incorporated or merged herein are hereby terminated and shall be of no further force or effect.

8.4Entire Agreement/Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, representations or proposals, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be altered, modified, or amended except by written instrument signed by the parties hereto. Articles 3 and 4 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of Executive's employment with the Company, except as otherwise specifically stated therein.

Amendments and Termination; Entire Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended or terminated except by a writing executed by all of the parties hereto. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of [[the Company:Organization]] and Executive relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and written understandings and agreements relating to such subject matter.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding among the parties, superseding all previous employment agreements between Employer and Executive and any previous understandings, oral or written, pertaining to the subject matter contained herein. No party has relied or will rely upon any oral or other written representation or oral or written information made or given to such party by any other party, representative of such party or anyone acting on its behalf.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof, and there are no written or oral terms or representations made by either party other than those contained herein. This Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all employment agreements and agreements providing for payments for services (including, without limitation, all deferred compensation agreements, plans, or programs) between the Executive and the Company, all of which shall be terminated upon the Executive’s execution of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties regarding the employment of Executive by the Company and supersedes any prior agreement, arrangement, or understanding, whether oral or written, between the Company and Executive concerning Executive's employment hereunder.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement supersedes any employment understanding or agreement, which may have been previously made by Employer with Employee, and this Agreement represents all the terms and conditions and the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to such employment. This Agreement may be modified or amended only by written documents signed by Employer and Employee.

Entire Agreement. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto in respect of Executive’s employment and supersedes, cancels and annuls any prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, understandings, commitments and practices between them respecting Executive’s employment.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement embodies all of the representations, warranties, and agreements between the Parties relating to Executive’s employment with the Company. No other representations, warranties, covenants, understandings, or agreements exist between the Parties relating to Executive’s employment. This Agreement shall supersede all prior agreements, written or oral, relating to Executive’s employment. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a writing signed by the Parties.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Executive with respect to the subject matter described herein and replaces all prior communications, agreements, and understandings, written or oral, with respect to any such bonus. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in a writing signed by the Company and the Executive.
