Effective Date. The purchase and sale of the Securities shall take place on the Effective Date. On the Effective Date, the Company shall register the Securities in the Purchaser’s name on the books of the Company, against delivery to the Company of the original Note for conversion and cancellation, whereupon the Company shall issue to the Purchaser a new note for the balance of the remaining principal amount of the Note.

Effective Date. The Plan shall be effective as of September 2, 1999 (the "Effective Date"). The Plan shall be unlimited in duration and, in the event of Plan termination, shall remain in effect as long as any Awards under it are outstanding.

Effective Date. This amendment and restatement of the Plan shall be effective as of January 1, 2023.

Effective Date. The provisions of this Article IV A will apply for purposes of determining required minimum distributions for calendar years beginning with the 2003 calendar year.
