Effect of Amendment or Termination. No amendment, alteration, suspension or termination of the Plan shall impair the rights of any Grantee, unless mutually agreed otherwise between the Grantee and the Administrator, which agreement must be in writing and signed by the Grantee and the [[Plan Administrator:Organization]]. Termination of the Plan shall not affect the Administrator’s ability to exercise the powers granted to it hereunder with respect to grants under the Plan prior to the date of such termination.

Termination of the Plan shall not affect the Administrator’s ability to exercise the powers granted to it under this Plan with respect to Awards granted under the Plan prior to the date of termination.

Termination of the Plan shall not affect the Administrator’s ability to exercise the powers granted to it hereunder with respect to Options granted under the Plan prior to the date of such termination.

Effect of Amendment or Termination. Except as to amendments which the Administrator has the authority under the Plan to make unilaterally, no amendment or termination of the Plan shall materially and adversely affect Awards already granted, unless mutually agreed otherwise between the Participant and the Administrator, which agreement must be in writing and signed by the Participant and the Company.

Effect of Amendment or Termination. No amendment, alteration, suspension or termination of the Plan or any Option or Stock Purchase Right shall impair the rights of any Holder, unless mutually agreed otherwise between the Holder and the Administrator, which agreement must be in writing and signed by the Holder and the Company. Termination of the Plan shall not affect the Administrator’s ability to exercise the powers granted to it hereunder with respect to Options, Stock Purchase Rights or Restricted Stock granted or awarded under the Plan prior to the date of such termination.
