SECTION # Amendments. This Amendment may not be modified, amended, waived, changed or terminated orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party against whom the enforcement of the modification, amendment, waiver, change or termination is sought.

SECTION # Amendment, Modification and Waiver. This Amendment may not be amended, modified or waived except pursuant to a writing signed by each of the parties hereto.

SECTION # Amendment. This Agreement may not be modified, amended or waived in any manner except by an instrument in writing signed by both parties to this Agreement.

AMENDMENTS; MODIFICATIONS. Neither this Agreement nor any term or provision in it may be changed, waived, discharged, rescinded or terminated orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party against whom or which the enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge, rescission or termination is sought.

Section # This Amendment constitutes the entire agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the matters stated herein and may not be amended or modified unless such amendment or modification shall be in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought.

Amendments. This Agreement may be amended, modified, or supplemented only by written agreement of the parties. No provision of this Agreement may be waived except in writing signed by the party against whom such waiver is sought to be enforced.

Amendment and Waiver. This Agreement cannot be amended, supplemented or modified, nor can any provision hereof be waived, except by a written instrument signed by the Party against whom enforcement of such amendment, supplement, modification or waiver is sought.

Section # Amendment. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a writing signed by all of the parties.

Section # Amendments. No amendment or modification of this Agreement or waiver of any right hereunder shall be binding on any party hereto unless it is in writing and is signed by all of the parties hereto.

Amendments. This Agreement and any provision hereof, may be waived, changed, modified, or discharged, only by an agreement in writing signed by the Party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, or discharge is sought.
