Amendment or Modification. This Agreement may not be amended except in a written instrument executed by Buyer and the Representative. No amendment, supplement, modification or waiver of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party hereto to be bound thereby.

Amendments. This Agreement may not be amended, modified, altered or supplemented other than by means of a written instrument duly executed and delivered on behalf of the Purchaser and the Seller.

Amendment. This Agreement may not be amended, modified or supplemented except by a written instrument signed by Sellers and Purchaser.

Amendment. This Agreement may be amended, modified, or supplemented only by written agreement of Sellers and Purchaser.

Section # Amendment. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written agreement executed and delivered by duly authorized officers of Buyer and the Seller Representative (on behalf of the Sellers) (subject to Section 11.7 and [Section 11.9(d)], which in the circumstances described therein would require one or more Sellers to sign). This Agreement may not be modified or amended except as provided in the immediately preceding sentence and any purported amendment by any Party or Parties effected in a manner which does not comply with this [Section 8.3] shall be void.

Amendment and Waiver. This Agreement may not be modified or amended, except by an agreement in writing signed by Sellers and Purchaser. Sellers or Purchaser may waive any of the conditions contained herein or any of the obligations of the other party hereunder but any such waiver shall be effective only if in writing and signed by the party waiving such condition or obligation.

Amendments. No amendment or modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless the same shall be set forth in a writing duly executed by the Seller and Buyer, and then only to the extent specifically set forth therein.

Amendments. Purchaser and Seller, by mutual agreement in writing, may amend, modify or supplement this Agreement. No modification or amendment of this Agreement is effective unless made in writing and signed by the Party to be bound, with such written modification or amendment stating the expressed intent to modify this Agreement. A course of dealing or performance is not a modification unless expressed in an appropriate written document and signed by the Party to be bound.

Amendment and Modification. Subject to applicable law, this Agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented only by a written agreement signed by Purchaser and Seller.
