No failure or delay on the part of any party in exercising any right, remedy, power, or privilege under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof or of any other right, remedy, power, or privilege of such party under this Agreement; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, remedy, power, or privilege preclude any other right, remedy, power, or privilege or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power, or privilege.
