The Board may at any time terminate the Plan. The Board may at any time, or from time to time, amend or suspend and, if suspended, reinstate the Plan in whole or in part. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Plan shall continue in effect to the extent necessary to settle all matters relating to the payment of bonuses awarded prior to any such termination or suspension.
The Board may at any time amend, discontinue or terminate this Plan or any part thereof (including any amendment deemed necessary to ensure that the Company may comply with any applicable regulatory requirement); provided, however, that, unless otherwise required by law, no amendment, discontinuance, or termination of the Plan shall alter or otherwise negatively affect the amount of an Earned Bonus earned through the date of amendment or termination.
Amendment and Termination of the Plan. The Board may at any time and from time to time alter, amend, suspend, or terminate the Plan in whole or in part. Additionally, the Committee may make such amendments as it deems necessary to comply with other applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no amendment, suspension, or termination of the Plan shall affect adversely any of the rights of any Participant, without such Participant’s written consent, with respect to any Bonus target theretofore established with respect to the Participant (or any Bonus to which the Participant has become entitled) under the Plan.
The Plan shall remain in effect until terminated by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall have the right at any time, and from time to time, to amend, suspend, or terminate the Plan, subject to the following:
